Buda recruiting a team installs several Agents with their own roles and Skills into your space. It does not automatically wire every new brief into a research → writing → review pipeline. For a first content job, give the complete brief to a human coordinator or a lead Agent, but make the handoffs explicit: which Agent owns each step, what file it reads, where it writes, and who approves the result. If the lead Agent has not been set up to call the others, assign the steps yourself rather than assuming hiring made them an automatic chain.
For example, the research Agent writes a sourced brief in the shared space Drive; a person confirms the facts; the writing Agent reads that approved brief and produces a draft; the review Agent checks it against the brand and evidence rules; a person approves any external publication. Each Agent has its own Session. The shared artifacts and agreed status carry the work forward, not an implicit shared chat history. Save the repeatable handoff checklist as a space Skill before considering a schedule or trigger.
A useful first prompt is: “Plan this article as research, writing and review. Name the Agent, input, shared Drive output and human approval point for each stage. Show me the plan before starting research.” The Recruit a Team guide covers installation; you still define the operating process. The Chinese discussion covers the same setup.
