Can Buda turn a dated content calendar into a weekly posting pack?

Yi C

I'd like a spreadsheet with topics, copy, image filenames, publication dates, and an approval-status column.

Each week, I'd want Buda to package the approved content due that week and flag anything missing copy or an image. I'd handle posting to the social platforms myself.

Would you turn this into a Skill and then schedule it? How would you format the dates and status values to avoid ambiguity?

Yes. A good shape is Skill + weekly schedule: package “due this week and approved,” flag missing copy/images, and leave posting to you.

(Diagram: calendar sheet → weekly filter → pack for you to publish.)

Suggested steps

  1. Normalize the sheet

Real date column (YYYY-MM-DD), fixed approval status (draft / approved / posted), plus copy and image filenames. Avoid free-text “next week.”

  1. Encode filters in a Skill

Publish date in this week and status = approved → pack; missing copy/image → reminder list only.

  1. Schedule weekly

In Buda: Space settings → Automations (or via the Automations Skill), with your team timezone. Output a folder/pack note + gap list.

  1. You post manually

The Agent assembles; you hit publish on each platform.

How to confirm

  • Spot-check: every packed item is in-range and approved.
  • A row missing an image appears on the reminder list, not silently in the pack.
  • Run history opens a session with this week’s list.

Boundaries

  • Messy dates/status break filtering — clean the sheet first.
  • Mark “posted” after you publish so next week doesn’t repack the same items.
  • Auto-posting via APIs should stay a separate, human-gated step.
